Inequality is one the biggest challenge that we are facing as society and it requires our utmost attention. Roots2Stem NGO is foundation to help eliminate equality but attacking the root cause. Research has shown that kids who stay in school and finish their early education have a higher chance to going for higher studies and get a fair shot at life. We are committed to eliminate inequality by helping kids in needs.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to inspire and empower students from underserved communities to pursue STEM education and careers. We do this by providing access to high-quality STEM resources, mentorship, and support. We believe that everyone has the potential to achieve great things, and we are committed to helping them reach their full potential. We envision a world where everyone has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and inequality, and we are committed to providing students with the resources they need to succeed in STEM fields.

We are confident that our efforts will improve the lives of thousands of children. Through our programs, we will give kids the assistance they need to develop and pursue STEM careers, change the world, and have a good effect. We are dedicated to carrying out our job and transforming the lives of kids.
Our Schemes
We believe inequalities can be solved by generating interest for education in early age in kids by keeping them school and in order to achieve this goal we have two schemes .
Scheme - "Shashi Aruna"
When Kids start their school the most exciting part is to have new supplies and many kids never get to experience that due to their financial conditions. "Shashi Aruna" is an innovative program that provides essential supplies to elementary school students in need. Under this scheme, we provide books, stationery, and other necessary school supplies, so these students can focus exclusively on their studies, without worrying about not having the materials they need. Our goal is to help level the playing field and ensure that all students have the resources they need to succeed.
Scheme:- "Dinesh Subhash"
"Dinesh Subhash" helps introduce elementary school children to the wonders of science and technology, which is a priceless service to the NGO. Through interactive workshops, experiment kits, and DIY resources, people may experience the power of science. This sparks their attention at a young age and fuels their unrelenting thirst for a wide range of science subjects.
